Payment information

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION

Changes / cancellation of appointments must be made at least 24 business hours before the agreed time. If your appointment is on Monday it must be changed by Friday at 16:00. For missed appointments the patient will be charged a fee of NOK 750.

HELFO REIMBURSEMENT

In some cases you may be entitled to reimbursement from HELFO, e.g. for gum disease (periodontitis), severe dry mouth or rare diseases. We help you assess whether you qualify for support and send applications and documentation directly to HELFO for you.

FREE CARD

If you have a condition that entitles you to HELFO reimbursement (e.g. periodontitis), part of the co-payment you pay at the dentist may count towards the free card threshold, in the same way as with a doctor or physiotherapist. We help you assess whether you qualify for reimbursement and ensure co-payments are submitted to HELFO.
